Bloomberry Resorts Corp., the integrated casino operator best known for its Paranaque-based Solaire Resorts and Casino, is seeking to open its second casino resort in the Philippines. The second location will open in Quezon City in March of 2024.
Chairman Enrique Razon told online reporters that after being forced to delay construction in 2020 due to the pandemic, getting supplies and building materials has pushed their once-projected opening date back several months.
Bloomberry also operates the Jeju Hotel and Casino in Korea and has plans to open a smaller hotel/casino in Cavite. Since restrictions on public gatherings and lockdowns have been lifted, Bloomberry has seen its revenue rise by over 26% in year-over-year analysis.
